Edina Choirs Announces Current Jam 2011 Solo and Small Group Acts
Edina, MN April 26, 2011 - The Current Jam 2011 production team wishes to thank all soloists and small groups which took part in the recent auditions for the 2011 concert. Having a wide variety of acts which allow for diversity in song type and display a variety of vocal and musical styles is critical to having the best possible concert. Singers are encouraged to start thinking about the possibilities for future Current Jam acts early in the year.

Acts selected to participate in Current Jam 2011 must see Dr. Henderson and complete a performance contract and act information sheet in order to accept and retain your place in this year's show.

Mr. Piela and Dr. Henderson worked very hard putting together the 2010-11 Concert Choir.

The choices were not easy since there were so many talented singers.

Work ethic, behavior, voice quality and intonation and how well you were able to "find the note" all were considered in the final choices.

The final roster will be posted on Monday, June 21.

We hope that you will continue singing in the choirs of Edina High School even if you were not selected for Concert Choir.
